Fan Filter Unit(FFU)

Fan Filter Unit (FFU) is a ceiling-mounted unit with an integrated fan, designed for use in both turbulent flow and laminar flow cleanrooms. The unit features flexible design and can be easily integrated with any ceiling grid structure.

It is widely used in industries such as semiconductors, electronics, flat panel displays, disk drives, optics, and biotechnology for applications in cleanrooms, localized Class 100 environments, and other areas requiring strict control of airborne contaminants.

FFUs offer low energy consumption, helping to reduce operational costs. They are also compatible with clean benches and support the achievement of required cleanliness levels, such as HEPA or ULPA standards.
